I developed this interactive HR dashboard in Power BI to visualize and analyze key employee metrics for better decision-making. The dashboard showcases data on: Employee distribution by age and gender Attrition patterns by tenure and influencing factors Department-wise income analysis Performance and job satisfaction levels
Key insights are powered by built-in Q&A tools, key influencers, and interactive visuals that allow HR teams to identify trends such as high attrition risks and areas needing attention. This project demonstrates my skills in data visualization, storytelling with data, and HR analytics using Power BI.

In this project, I explored key aspects of German employment law through two practical case studies. The goal was to understand not only the theoretical foundations but also how legal principles are applied in everyday HR work.

Case Study 1 examines the legal steps involved in terminating an employee during the probationary period. Case Study 2 explains how to calculate vacation entitlement for part-time employees. Both cases include tables and real-life scenarios to make the legal content clear and actionable.

This project deepened my understanding of employment law processes and highlights my ability to present legal topics in a structured, practical way – a vital skill in modern HR management.
